Where We Go – poem

When eyes close

Where do we go?

Body lies in place

Slack goes the face

Peace is known

Meditate

In the open hours

Remember

Odour of flowers

The smell of the ocean

Or the deep forest green

I visualize, fantasize

Resting back on a tree

Branches bow and creek

Listening to the wind speak

End
